I made a quick stop here before accompanying the hubby to his dental appointment. We shared the most delicious garlic - onion bagel with cream cheese. It was perfectly toasty and not overwhelming smeared with cream cheese. And of course, I had to pick up a couple of freshly baked rainbow bagels for my lil one. The ladies working were so friendly & helpful. As this was my first visit here, she gave me lots of suggestions and recommendations. Thank you for that and the speedy service. The dining area was so clean and inviting looking. Had it not been for the dental appointment, I would've enjoyed my bagel there. Next time I want to try their egg salad. Yum! Thank you again. My little monster is excited about the rainbow bagels I brought home.

Good selection of bagels and sandwiches in a convenient location. I came here to grab a quick quick bite because I was running some errands in the area. The folks here were super quick and efficient. The place felt like a very small breakfast take away place. The energy was a little frenetic because I feel like this place gets a lot of traffic. I got the toasted everything bagel with lox cream cheese. It's exactly what I wanted and a great order where you could just take it and eat it in the car. Definitely a great spot to grab a bagel when you're in a pinch and are running around in the area. There's plenty of parking, but it could get a little busy at times because it does share a lot with a busy CVS pharmacy and a grocery store along with some other in-line eateries and a Starbucks.

The service is fast. Once you have had a fresh bagel you can never go back to the bagels from the market. The staff is super friendly and fast. I love how they also sell day old bagels too for a good price !!! Even though they are a day old they still are delicious

Everyone was nice when we went in, and since it was our first time, there, we kept letting people go ahead of us. My wife and I are totally "baked goods" people, so we got... a few things... ;-) Bagels - All fresh, the everything are almost as garlic-y as the garlic bagels, themselves! All very tasty warm or from the toaster. Turnovers - Not gonna lie, we learned that putting turnovers in the air fryer for about 5 mins at 390 makes them even better. Bagel Factories fills their turnovers with a good portion of fruit and the air frying made them very light, crispy and delicious! Raisin Challa Bread - So, we're suckers for good Challa Breads.. This one didn't disappoint. Very light and fresh (everything there is, really) and tasty as we expected. Oatmeal Raisin cookies - Good. I admit I'm not a huge fan of the almond flavor, but they were still good. No stars off. :-D Quiche - We got one of each, the spinach mushroom and the jalapeno, pepper and tomato. The latter has the spice we like, but the former was good with a little sriracha added. The place looks very organized and clean (go figure ;-) ) and all of their baked goods are visible to peruse. Will definitely go back.

Now I fully admit as a NY-NJer, I am a bagel elitist. I am surprised this spot doesn't have 5 stars. If you don't want to fully read, the cliff notes are: a ton of options, California cheap, thick, plush bagels. Atmosphere: A The Bagel Factory is like almost any other bagel spot. It's got a small line with display cases of various bagels, a coffee station, and a menu on the wall. It's clean and bright, with a couple of seats outdoors and probably 15-20 seats indoors. Staff: A I had no idea what I wanted, but the staff was friendly, gave me a few recommendations, and was polite. The food also came out fast, literally, what more do you need? Food: A The Bagel Factory has a ton of options. They have your basic bagels, some fun options like garlic and onion, bagel sandwiches, and even salads, and soups. I noticed on the wall their soup of the day was split pea, which is my favorite. I ordered the nova lox sandwich on a garlic and onion bagel because I like my breath to smell terrible, I guess. Plus, a cup of their split pea soup. I was amazed at how big the bagel was. A problem with CA bagels is they are dinky. If I wanted regular bread, I would order a sandwich, but I want thick, plus bagels, darn it! That's not a problem with the Bagel Factory. It was STUFFED with smoked salmon, capers, cucumbers, lettuce, and tomato. It was so good. The soup was equally as good, and I'll order it every time. In all, my meal was 5/5 stars. Price: $ For my bagel and soup, it was $15, which is definitely on the cheaper side of California. I'm sure some areas would charge $25 for this combo.

LA's Bagel Factory - A Lifesaver Through Tough Times Rating: In the bustling city of Los Angeles, amidst the chaos of daily life, there exists a hidden gem that's more than just a bagel factory; it's a lifeline. This establishment has not only provided sustenance but has been a pillar of support during my toughest times. The first bite into one of their bagels is a revelation. The crisp exterior giving way to a soft, chewy interior is perfection itself. Whether I was facing a challenging day or seeking solace during difficult moments, the comforting embrace of these bagels never failed to uplift my spirits. What truly sets this bagel factory apart is not just the quality of their products, but the warmth of the people who run it. The staff greet you with genuine smiles, and their friendly service feels like a reassuring hug when you need it most. During those trying times, when life seemed uncertain, these bagels were a constant source of comfort. They provided sustenance when I needed it, and a taste of familiarity when everything else felt chaotic. The variety of flavors and spreads offered here is mind-boggling. From classic sesame seed to adventurous sun-dried tomato and jalapeño, they have something to cater to every craving. And their homemade cream cheese blends are nothing short of divine. In the grand tapestry of Los Angeles, this bagel factory is a thread of reliability and comfort that I'm immensely grateful for. It's not just a place to grab breakfast; it's a refuge where tough times melt away in the warm, toasty embrace of their bagels.
